Returns and Refunds Policy

 Returns or exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us you wish to return or exchange some or all items.
You will then have a further 14 days from the date you notified us to return the item(s) to the instructed address.
Unless faulty or otherwise agreed the customer will be responsible for any return postage costs. We suggest using a tracked and insured service to prevent any complications during the return process.  
 *If the item(s) arrive after the 14-day period, then we will be unable to process the return.
 **If the item(s) arrives after the 14-day period and the delay is outside your control e.g., delays with the courier, and you have made reasonable effort to have the item(s) arrive before the 14 days are up then we will still honor the request. Evidence such as tracking codes or alternative proof of postage may be requested.

Item condition when returning

All items must be in their original condition upon delivery. They must be unworn (other than to try on), unwashed and undamaged. All original labels must remain attached and intact.

Defective or incorrect items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange the item(s) free of charge. Two Twenty will cover all shipping costs and any additional import fees.
We may request evidence, such as pictures to assist with any investigations either internally or with third party providers and will need to use in order to return your item(s).

If we are for whatever reason unable to fulfill your order, we may offer you’re a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Likewise, if our courier is unable to deliver your order in the time or at the cost expected then we may use an alternative where possible. If this alternative courier is less than the amount paid, we will refund you the difference in cost. You will be notified should this occur.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds may take 5-7 business days once completed to reach your bank account.

Please contact your bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
