Defective or incorrect items
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange the item(s) free of charge. Two Twenty will cover all shipping costs and any additional import fees.
Opened Products
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size and unpacked the shirt. Please check all measurements before ordering, size charts are available on the product pages. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.
Unopened Products
If you wish to return products that are still in the original packaging please contact our support team. You will need to cover the shipping fees and there may also be a restocking fee depending on the product. Please confirm this with our support team before trying to return any products.
Policy Length
 Our policy lasts 30 days from the day the order arrives. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, we will be unable to exchange any items, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags e.g. shirts should be returned with the original box.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without first completing the required return process as we may be unable to process a replacement.



If we are for whatever reason unable to fulfil your order, we may offer you’re a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Likewise, if our courier is unable to deliver your order in the time or at the cost expected then we may use an alternative where possible. If this alternative courier is less than the amount paid, we will refund you the difference in cost. You will be notified should this occur.
Late or missing refunds
Please contact your bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We will arrange all return shipping and provide you with the label which you will need to use in order to return your item(s). Please contact our support team who will guide you through this process.
